Refund Policy

What happens if you're not satisfied?

At Oostas, we prioritize client experience and maintain high standards of excellence. If you are not satisfied with the work you received or your experience with Oostas, please let us know. If there is anything we could have done to improve, we will do our best to make it right.


We have the following refund policy.


For services that include a design and or setup fee:

  • If you cancel before the onboarding meeting, we offer a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel after the onboarding meeting, no refund is available.
  • Strategy meetings are non-refundable.


For subscription plans:

  • If you cancel before the onboarding meeting, we offer a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel after the onboarding meeting, no refund is available.
  • Recurring subscription payments, whether monthly or annually, are non-refundable.
